If someone contacts 7 Bamboos Rugby either through our contact form, phone enquiry or direct email and becomes a customer, partner, mutually beneficial contact or service provider of 7 Bamboos Rugby, we will keep their contact information and any email correspondence on our systems.

If such a time arises where the client leaves 7 Bamboos Rugby, the partnership breaks down or the service provider is no longer required, we will keep any contact details, email correspondence for up to 12 months at which point we will delete it, unless otherwise requested.
